Started in the heart of Udhna, Surat, by a techie and a businessman with a serious sweet tooth — Rakshit Baranwal and Rakesh Baranwal — our mission is simple: to code happiness into every bite of mithai.
We took a detour from coding bugs to crafting baked rasgullas, inventing Gulab Jamun ice cream (yes, that’s a real thing and yes, it’s as magical as it sounds) and many other sweets which are irresistible. However, his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating something of his own led him to pursue a long-standing dream—to launch a startup in the sweets industry. Drawing from his experience in the robotics sector, he brings a unique blend of technology, precision, and creativity to traditional sweet-making. His vision is to redefine Indian sweets by introducing innovative, health-conscious, and preservative-free options, setting new standards in both quality and sustainability.

With over 25 years of experience in the sweets industry, the owner of JMV Sweets has built a successful legacy grounded in quality, tradition, and customer trust. A visionary businessman, he has always been a strong supporter of innovative business ideas and modern strategies. Now, driven by a passion to expand and evolve, he is taking a bold step forward—bringing sweets to the wholesale market on a full-fledged scale, both online and offline.
